Should We Pay to Enter Bookstores?

Not the typical “social justice” news I would normally share but this article touches upon a really interesting issue and it IS still relevant to social justice. I would like to have a classroom discussion just on this with you if we had the time. But maybe we can discuss here? What do you think? How can we make local bookstores survive?

PS. I am a big fan of Strands by the way. Great bookstore at the heart of NYC.

Oh and why don’t we have a proper bookshop in Monterey?
