Judge: DHS head didn’t have authority to suspend DACA

This news piece by Associated Press reports that the memorandum issued by the acting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary, Chad Wolf, to suspending DACA was unlawful. The article states that Wolf ascended into the position unlawfully because of Trump’s rushed actions and failed procedures. DHS commented that Wolf’s succession was legal, however.
